A successful evening with quite a number of new faces. For some it was their first attendance, while others were there for the second, third or sixth time. We talked, enjoyed good food and even had a dance troupe to entertain us. Thanks again to our members and guests. with 20 members attending and maybe 10 guests it was a good evening.

I have been in Asia since early 1996, and have taught in local schools, universities and language schools in South Korea, Indonesia, Thailand, and China. I was a director of studies at language schools in China and a secondary school administrator in Indonesia.
More importantly, and I hope more efficiently, I've been a husband, father, and grandfather.
